FIRST TUESDAYS

 First Tuesdays
Designed as a continuing-education opportunity for all library staff in Washington State, this free web presentation from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., on the first Tuesday of the month lets attendees share their skills and successes and learn about new topics. The special-subject presentations, lasting about 30 minutes, are recorded so that others may listen at their own convenience.

12/1/09: The December 1st First Tuesday  will feature Gail Kouame from the National Network discussing how libraries can continue to provide services after an emergency incident or disruptive event such as widespread flu.
